KCF acted as exclusive financial advisor to Edify in connection with the refinancing and dividend recapitalization of Zurflüh-Feller, a portfolio company of Edify since July 2008.

Zurflüh-Feller designs and manufactures systems and solutions for exterior building closure since 1920. The Company is now the French leader of components for roller shutter.
