Kepler Corporate Finance, in partnership with Belfius, advised Forum Estates, the leading Benelux pure player in supermarket real estate, on the sale of the company to Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ), a Nordic listed company specialized in grocery real estate.

Forum Estates operates a portfolio of 149 assets (c. 276,000 sqm leasable area) across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The portfolio is valued at c. €508 million.
