Kepler Cheuvreux Research published a new Q&A report: How has the pandemic affected consumers?

They are worried about the planet, concerned about society, wary of politicians and fearful about jobs. We suspect that some of the huge pandemic- driven changes in consumer behaviour will turn out to be once-in-a-generation shifts, which are likely to have a longer-than-expected impact on the earnings outlooks and valuations of companies and consumer sectors alike.
