Kepler Cheuvreux announces four major new appointments

Kepler Cheuvreux announces four major new appointments to support its future strategic ambitions: Guillaume Cadiou as General Group Manager, Emmanuel Le Coz as Chief Digital Officer, Julia Aliche as Group Head of Risk, Control and Compliance, and Frédéric Jamin as Group Performance Manager.

‘These appointments show that Kepler Cheuvreux is providing the means to address current market challenges and to help develop its strategic priorities. In terms of market challenges, our aim is to exploit opportunities from the rapidly evolving financial sector. Our independence and agility will help us to confront the challenges of MiFID II, digital transformation and Brexit. General Group Manager - Guillaume Cadiou

Guillaume Cadiou is appointed General Group Manager of Kepler Cheuvreux in order to reinforce the management structure. Guillaume Cadiou’s main focus is the organic development plan of Kepler Cheuvreux over the next five years.

Guillaume Cadiou graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 2000 and Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées in 2003. He then worked in the public sector (Budget department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Cabinet office) and in the private sector at Rothschild & Cie and Imerys, where he held operational positions before joining Kepler Cheuvreux.

Chief Digital Officer - Emmanuel Le Coz

Emmanuel Le Coz is appointed Chief Digital Officer and leads the Group’s IT teams from Paris. His mission is to focus on initiatives centered on the customer: implementation of the Cloud, development around “Big Data”. His priority is to maintain business agility by offering the development potential of digitalisation to all our business lines.

Emmanuel Le Coz graduated from École Centrale and holds a CFA certification. He worked for more than twenty years among the main financial institutions (Selftrade, BNP Paribas CIB and Société Générale CIB) before joining Kepler Cheuvreux this year.

Group Head of Risk, Control and Compliance - Julia Aliche

Julia Aliche is appointed Group Head of the Risk, Control and Compliance Department in order to reinforce the legal framework of our activities in development, especially with the new issues related to MiFID II.

Julia Aliche graduated from SKEMA Business School in Business Administration and holds a master in accounting and finance from the University of Lille 2. She joined Kepler Cheuvreux in 2013 after having practiced within PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and the Compagnie Financière Tradition as an auditor.

Group Performance Manager - Frédéric Jamin

Frédéric Jamin is appointed Group Performance Manager. His main responsibilities are to manage the proper allocation of resources, the management of all overhead costs - such as suppliers, marketing, travel - and to improve the Group's overall performance by proposing innovative solutions.

Frédéric Jamin holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Applied Statistics from the University of Sheffield Hallam (UK). He first worked as an IT project manager at Julius Baer, Kepler Equities and Landsbankinn before joining Kepler Cheuvreux in 2009.
